A number of important things were discussed by Mis Rubina Khalid during her interview with the media regarding the changes and future development of the 8171 ehsaas program. In addition to mentioning the BISP staff who disrespect the beneficiary, she warned the entire team to be cautious because no disrespect will be tolerated.

The number of complaints about staff behavior has been increasing day by day, and this cannot continue.

Why the Behaviour of Some of the Staff Is Not Good?

The women who visit the BISP campsites belong to the poorest communities in Pakistan, and they continually visit the BISP Tehsil office because they need money to maintain their families and children.

As a result of their poverty, some of the team members are not very cooperative or lenient with the beneficiaries. The women who came to them were compelled to do so because they needed to run their families and feed their children, and therefore they were the most deserving.

An important announcement was made during the interview

In an interview with media representatives at the BISP Central Zonal Office in Lahore, Senator Rubina Khalid, the chairman of the Benazir Income Support Program, announced the reintroduction of the Poverty Graduation Program, which had been discontinued for an unknown reason. Now that the project is being continued, the participants will benefit from it.

Their goal is to assist the 9.3 million families in Pakistan by providing them with training in any field.

In conclusion

Rubina Khalid, BISP Chairperson, has made it clear that disrespect towards beneficiaries will not be tolerated in her recent statements. As she emphasizes the importance of respectful and supportive interactions, she seeks to ensure that all beneficiaries, especially women from poorer communities, are treated with dignity.
