Kafalat Payment System Changes After 4 Years – [BISP] 13500 Update

In a recent TV program, BISP Director General Naveed Akbar discussed a solution to the payment deduction in beneficiaries’ monthly Kafalat installments. BISP has now partnered with six more banks and has instructed them to establish at least two Touch Points on the Union Council’s platform so that all Beneficiaries of Rural areas can receive their payments within walking distance.

New Payment System Distributes 13500 Payments

By the direction of President Asif Ali Zardari and the government of Pakistan, the Benazir Income Support Program has announced an increase in its quarterly installment of 20%. This is because the government has increased the budget allocated to the program for the new fresh installments. Through a new and transparent banking system, all eligible women will receive Rs 13,500 starting in January 2025.

Through biometric verification, beneficiaries can receive 13,500 rupees from any designated ATM without waiting in a long line. As the government will be paying all the additional and extra charges to the bank, this will solve the Payment deduction issue, which was one of the most vital efforts that the BISP has made for the comfort and convince of its beneficiaries.

Apply for BISP if you are a widow at NADRA with your death certificate.
Pick up the funds from the HBL Bank or the closest Cash Center once your original document details and phone number have been approved.

Rubina Khalid thanked Shehbaz Sharif for increasing the BISP’s financial budget. Consequently, the quarterly Benazir Kafaalat installment will increase from 10,500 to 13,500 rupees starting in January 2025.
