  • A monthly phone bill exceeding Rs. 1,000 is paid by you or your spouse.
  • You or your spouse has traveled abroad.
  • You have applied for a passport via the executive center.
  • An executive fee has been paid for three or more family members applying for CNICs.
  • Your spouse or you work for the government.
