To access the BISP website, go to https://bisp.gov.pk/.

The first step is to visit the Tehsil Center of the BISP in your district.

Your CNIC card and your children’s B-Form should be handed over to the person behind the counter.
Staff will provide you with a token for the updated or new survey.
In the registration area, a data input operator will ask you about your financial and personal information after you confirm the number you were provided.
