The BISP program has recently announced a significant increase in their quarterly installment amount, now at Rs 13500 instead of the previous Rs 10500. This move by the government of Pakistan is seen as a much-needed relief package.

Starting in 2025, qualifying women will be able to access their Payments from the ATMs of six newly established banks that are currently present in each district.

For years, the BISP program has been providing financial assistance to Beneficiaries through Habib Bank Limited (HBL) branches across Pakistan. However, to alleviate issues such as cash deductions, long lines, and frequent trips to campsites for installment collection, BISP has upgraded its Payment system and expanded its partnership with other banks for payment transfers.
BISP beneficiaries may access their installment of Rs13,500 from ATMs provided by 6 participating banks.
Empowering 10 Million Families: BISP Kafalat Program’s Transformative Impact
The rise of membership to 10 million individuals will provide an opportunity for a greater number of women to receive monthly aid from the Benazir Income Support Program. Those who meet the criteria but have not yet joined the Benazir Kafalat Program 2024-25 are now able to do so, thanks to this increase that allows for an additional 700,000 beneficiaries to participate.
