Naveed Akbar Latest Video For BISP Phase 3 Staff – Lessons Learned From Phase I & II
For BISP staff working in all three phases, Director General Naveed Akbar recently made a very informative and strict video message. In his video message, he announced that Phase 3 of BISP April To June Payment will start on 3rd July and the beneficiaries should be reimbursed using all the SOPs and policies of the BISP Program.
According to him, many policies have not been followed and the beneficiaries have to face many difficulties in collecting their payments from BISP Campsites.
Beneficiaries Should Be Screened According To The Following Instructions:
For BISP Phase 3 payments, Navieed Akbar has instructed all of his staff members and those who have been appointed as Staff members to watch the video message released before Phase 1 so they can follow all of the rules correctly. As a result, he instructed the Compliance Monitor to conduct the screening in the morning so that payment distribution could be sped up.
To be able to screen all the beneficiaries appropriately, he asked them to arrive at the campsites on time at 7 AM.
The Right Way To Issue Tokens To Beneficiaries
As he mentioned in his video message, the tokens should be issued to the beneficiaries so that they won’t have to wait too long for their money to be paid. The biggest mistake the staff has made is issuing tokens to beneficiaries, as he mentioned about some lessons learned from Phases 1 and 2.
The following is a list of the right way to issue tokens:
By using this method, the Beneficiary does not have to travel again and again for their payments, and it creates an organized environment for everyone at the Campsite.
BISP New Principles to Be Followed In Regions Included In Phase 3
In Naveed Akbar’s opinion, BISP staff in Phase 3 or in Phases 1 and 2 must follow all the instructions in order to help women receive their payments without any regions. In case anything goes wrong in the areas included in BISP phase 3, strict action will be taken against that staff.
Naveed Akbar requested that the BISP staff provide all the essentials to the beneficiaries and organize all the facilities like Coldwater, Sheds, and Fans at the Campsite because the number of beneficiaries in phase 3 is very high and the weather is also very hot in these regions.
Third Phase of BISP Commencing July 3, 2024 – Current Information
This is an update for all BISP beneficiaries who registered for the April to June payment but have not yet received it. BISP has announced the start date of BISP Phase Three, which will begin on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, in a different district, so their wait is now over.
The CNIC Online will show you the status of your payment when you use your Identity Number. If you received a message from 8171, you will need to go to the BISP Campsites in your district to receive your full payment. A BISP camp does not form in all areas, however, according to Director General Naveed Akbar. Phase 3 will cover those areas.
In conclusion
It is important to emphasize discipline, adherence to standard operating procedures, and efficient procedures in the BISP Phase 3 payment distribution in Director General Naveed Akbar’s video message. In order to ensure a smooth and organized payment process, BISP staff are encouraged to apply the lessons learned from previous phases when Phase 3 begins on July 3, 2024.
Following these guidelines will enable BISP staff to provide timely and effective support to beneficiaries, ensuring they receive their payments with dignity and ease.
