Mobile van registration program has been launched by BISP in order to facilitate access to the 8171 survey
A beneficiary of the Benazir Income Support Program will receive financial support through the NSER Survey, since only eligible people will receive the actual payments given through the Benazir Kafalat Program. According to estimates, 9.3 million families are eligible for the program, and they have all registered through the Tehsil office.

When speaking to the media, Benazir Income Support Program Secretary Director highlighted the main problem of the program, in which many people are unable to easily access BISP offices. The BISP installment program is still unknown to many families in inner Sindh and Balochistan despite the fact that more than 450 Tehsil Centers have been established in all districts.

CNIC Formation Now Assisted by Mobile Vans
As reported by the official BISP team, a senior member of the Benazir Program has confirmed that they are now making the registration process easier for beneficiaries living in far areas, mainly Kachhi Abaadis, as these families are most deserving, since they live below the poverty line and most women do not even possess a CNIC card.
The Mobile Van Service also facilitates the formation of CNIC Cards for women so they do not have to travel long distances to NADRA offices.
In 2024, BISP will launch a new survey phase across Pakistan
Due to the expiration of the NSER Survey at the end of this month, this is the most important time for all ineligible families to register for the Benazir Income Support program. In October, the Benazir Kafalat Program will once again form a list of beneficiaries so that only eligible people with scores under 30 will be eligible to apply.
