Punjab’s Chief Minister, Maryam Nawaz, has given her approval for the distribution of thousands of laptops to students in universities and colleges. The government has set aside over Rs. 125 billion every year to cover the educational expenses of 25,000 students. She assured that this funding would fully support the students’ academic needs. Furthermore, she directed that exceptional students and teachers from each school board in Punjab should be recognized with awards.

In addition to authorizing the PML-N’s preferred laptop scheme and student scholarship program, the CM also instructed the department on how to register. The free laptop program will take many months to complete, including logistics, supplier selection, planning, student registration, and distribution.

Punjab New Laptop Scheme – Launch Date
There has been no official announcement of the launch and registration date by the Punjab government. Therefore, you have to wait until they announce the new date for the distribution of CM Laptops among the eligible students.
Additionally, Punjab’s CM started a transportation scheme just for female students, beginning with a bus service to 60 ladies’ colleges.
