New Government Surprise – Maryam Ki Dastak App 2024
In Lahore, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, Provincial Ministers, and members of the Provincial Assembly launched the Maryam Ki Dastak App at a special event held at a nearby hotel on Tuesday. A Dastak app overview was provided by robotic personnel from the National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST).

70,000 Jobs For The Youth In Punjab
She also said in her speech that she would give 70,000 jobs to people, especially youth, in Punjab based on their eligibility, by using the Dastak app, and they would only have to do three days of work and pay 10,000 rupees a day for it. An online application has already resulted in 150 new employees being hired through this program, who will begin working soon.
As she announced, the number of employees added to this initiative will increase to one lakh Rupees soon, which is a big opportunity for all the deserving students or graduates without internships or jobs.

The success of the Negahban Ramazan Program
At the launch of the Dastak App, she also discussed her ramadan program, the Negahban Program, which delivers rashan packages to eligible families at their doorsteps during ramadan. Through this program, the government has provided around 3 billion rupees in ramadan food packages to beneficiaries of the Benazir Income Support Program in Punjab.
