The Chief Minister of Punjab, Maryam Nawaz, has announced the registration of livestock cards will begin on 5 November across all the districts of Punjab for all the Kisans and Farmers. Punjab Livestock Card Registration Day is on 5 November

What is the Livestock Card Scheme and how do I register?

An applicant must follow the following steps to register for the Punjab Livestock Card Scheme:

  • Firstly, type PCL <Space> CNIC number 
  • Then send it to 8070 via SMS
  • And Complete your registration Now.

Kisan will receive a loan of 27,000 rupees per animal, including their feeds and mineral mixtures, through a Kisan Card.

Their interest-free loan amount can then be used to purchase windrow, silage, and mineral mixtures once they register for the card at the nearest BOP branch.

Registration of livestock cards at district hospitals

To participate in this program, you must register your animal using the following procedures:

  • Go to the veterinary hospital that is closest to you in your district.
  • You are welcome to bring your animals or cattle.
  • To register your animal for the Punjab Livestock Card, request that they use the 9211 System.

After registering your data, you’ll receive your card and be able to apply for interest-free loans and subsidized animal feed.

Punjab Livestock Card Eligibility Criteria

  • A Kisan with 80,000 animals is eligible.
  • The farmer should be a Punjabi resident
  • The applicant must possess a Nation Identity Card (CNIC)
  • Phone Sims must be registered in the name of the applicant.
  • It is recommended that they have at least five male animals (cows or bulls).
