As per CP Rubina Khalid, eligible families will receive the latest BISP Payment of Rs 13500. Additionally, starting January 2025, beneficiaries can expect to receive their Payment in a more efficient and organized setting.

Kafalat Program Payment Increased to Rs 13,500
The BISP stipend has been raised after one year. In January of last year, the Kafaalat beneficiaries received a quarterly payment increase from Rs 8,750 to Rs 10,500 under the previous caretaker federal government.
Last September, BISP announced an increase in the number of Kafalat beneficiaries from 9.3 million to 10 million for this year. It was also stated that the quarterly stipend for these beneficiaries would be raised to Rs13,500, effective in January 2025 (this month).

27% Increase Announced for 2025 Beneficiaries
It is worth mentioning that BISP witnessed a 27% growth in the ongoing fiscal year. In June, the federal government approved an increase in its annual budget for FY 2024-25, from Rs 471.23 billion to Rs 598.71 billion, effective July 1, 2024, until June 30, 2025.
Compared to last fiscal year, the budget initially saw a small increase of 10% from Rs 408 billion to Rs 450 billion. Subsequently, it was further raised to Rs 471 billion, indicating a 15.5% rise from the previous year.
Benazir Hunarmand Program By Rubina Khalid
As per the BISP office’s official source, Rubina Khalid announced that the Benazir Hunarmand Program will launch in Pakistan in January 2025. She also affirms that eligible family members will receive essential and specialized training to financially assist their families.
The program registrations will soon be open at the BISP Tehsil office, located at the district level.
