With the “Ikhtiyar Awam Ka App,” Khyber Pakhtoon Kha’s Chief Minister, Ali Amin Gandapur has launched the latest app for residents of KP to register complaints about any issue. The province attempts to address public problems and promote good governance by creating this Online Portal.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur unveiled the newly built webpage on Wednesday at the Civil Secretariat Peshawar.

It has recently been launched by the government and it is one of the convenient options for any citizen to file their complaint without having to visit a department or office. During the speech given by KP’s CM, he discussed the importance of this new app which is user-friendly.

Providing 24/7 hours of service to the public

Citizens can now register complaints on the “Ikhtiyar Awam Ka” website, which is a feature-rich and intuitive online platform.

With the use of this 24/7 hour service, public complaints regarding the provision of services by public sector organizations will be tracked and monitored in real-time, enabling prompt redress and resolution. Pakistanis living abroad can also use this platform to submit their worries and complaints.

Advanced Designed App For The Convinces Of People

With so much technical efficiency, this app has been designed to make filing complaints easier and more reliable. Dashboards for all departments and officers are included in this all-inclusive platform, ensuring smooth coordination and prompt implementation of government decisions.

There is a simplified complaint submission mechanism, multichannel interaction, data security and privacy, citizen feedback loop, and AI-driven analytics and reporting. The platform is accessible via mobile app, WhatsApp, email, phone, and written application.

The Chief Minister will be able to stay in touch with the opinions of the province through the Iktiyar Awam Ka App, which would guarantee improved accountability and governance in all areas. Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur highlighted the portal’s importance, saying, “This portal is designed to give people quick answers to their problems.” The purpose of the portal is to empower the populace since addressing their concerns is our number one priority. Assuring the complainant that complaints will not be closed until they are satisfied, he reaffirmed the government’s commitment to citizen-centric governance.

The Awami Agenda is provided to the civil administration in 99 points

Awami Agenda, the chief minister said, has already been delivered to civil administrations, improving service delivery and making major improvements throughout the province. According to him, the launch of the “Ikhtiyar Awam Ka” portal will expedite the process of achieving that goal.

Members of the provincial cabinet, the acting chief secretary, the inspector general of police, and administrative secretaries attended the ceremony. A video link was used to connect divisional commissioners, district police officers, regional police officers, and deputy commissioners.
