Govt. Expands BISP Budget by 20% with 7 Lakh New Beneficiaries: Survey Launched!

More than 93 lakh families in Pakistan receive financial and moral support from the BISP Program, one of the largest initiatives in Pakistan. This is not targeting any specific Province or district but is providing unconditional services to all the districts across Pakistan. The BISP Survey has now been rolled out in many areas so that they can reach out to families who need financial assistance.

To ensure that the BISP continues to receive support from all eligible families, the government of Pakistan has increased its budget by 15-20%.

According to the latest update by the BISP web portal, Naveed Akbar, the Director General of the BISP, revealed the new information during a Morning Show in which he shared very important details about Benazir Kafalat Next Installments and the change in the Payment System by BISP Program.

In addition, he discussed the Government’s plans to increase the new BISP budget by 15-20%, which would allow the BISP to increase monthly installments for beneficiaries so that these poor people can easily manage their household problems in this era of rising inflation.

7 Lakh Registrations For New Kafalat Payment

BISP Chairperson Rubina Khalid announced at the same time that 700,000 families would be added to the Benazir Kafalat Program when the government increased the budget for the program. This increased the number of families receiving quarterly installments.

BISP’s Latest [NSER] Survey Details

Every day, thousands of Pakistanis register for the Benazir Income Support Program’s NSER Survey. BISP beneficiaries who have already completed the survey are also coming in to be recertified so that their names can be added to the updated list of beneficiaries who will receive the Benazir New Kafalat Payment of Rs 13,500.

Senator Rubina Khalid informed reporters at the BISP zonal office in Gilgit that Dynamic Registration Centers continue to be the primary method of registering eligible families nationwide. To reassess the socioeconomic status of previously registered households, re-certification is being conducted.

The Kafalat survey is now available on CNIC Online

As part of the BISP New Dynamic registration process, which is conducted there through significant papers, thousands of people visit the Tehsil office every day to verify their CNIC cards. To check your CNIC online, you will need to enter your 13-digit CNIC number at 8171 BISP online.

Who Can Register in the BISP Kafalat Program?

The following are some of the current registration requirements for the Benazir Kafalat Program:

Pakistani citizenship is required for the candidate.
Families must include a female candidate with a valid CNIC card if they need help and are impoverished.
An applicant must be a widowed or divorced woman without male family members.
Families with physically or intellectually challenged individuals qualify.
It is recommended that you have a poverty score of less than thirty.
To apply, a woman must be employed in a government position below grade 4.
