Ehsaas Apna Ghar Program: Monthly Qist of 18,000 For Homeowners

Eligible applicants must own their land and will receive loans at reasonable interest rates, making it manageable to pay in monthly installments.
“احساس اپنا گھر سکیم،” خیبر پختونخواہ (کے پی) حکومت کی طرف سے لاگو کی گئی ہے، کم آمدنی والے خاندانوں کو رہائش کے لیے 1.5 ملین روپے تک کے بلاسود قرضے فراہم کرتی ہے۔ اہل درخواست دہندگان کو اپنی زمین کا مالک ہونا چاہیے اور وہ مناسب شرح سود پر قرض حاصل کریں گے، جس کی وجہ سے وہ ماہانہ اقساط میں ادائیگی کر سکیں گے۔ یہ اسکیم اگلے سات سالوں تک ریوالونگ فنڈ سسٹم کے تحت کام کرے گی۔

During the ceremony, Chief Minister Gandapur reiterated the government’s dedication to enhancing housing opportunities for low-income populations.
According to him, “Ensuring access to adequate housing is a top priority for us. Our commitment to improving the living conditions of the less fortunate is exemplified through the Ehsaas Apna Ghar Scheme.”

A key requirement for the Ehsaas Apna Ghar Scheme is that applying families have a monthly income below 50,000. This program specifically caters to those who are economically disadvantaged and unable to construct their own homes.

With a budget of Rs 4 billion, the program features a straightforward seven-year repayment plan and ensures that recipients can afford their monthly payments, which will not exceed Rs 18,000.
The Main Objective Of the Apna Ghar Program By KP’s government
The Housing Department and the Bank of Khyber have entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to facilitate the implementation of this project.
The event was chaired by Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and graced by the presence of members of the cabinet, including Dr. Amjad Ali Khan and Muzammil Aslam. Representatives from the Bank of Khyber and concerned departments also attended.
The objective of the program is to offer financial support for either constructing new homes or renovating and expanding existing ones.
Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme
In October, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government implemented a low-cost housing initiative aimed at assisting individuals who earn below Rs 50,000 monthly.
The Naya Pakistan home Program includes a 150-kanal home project that is estimated to have a budget of Rs 3,300 million. The first phase of this project aims to construct 120 affordable apartments, while the overall goal is to complete a total of 1,320 apartments.
