Punjab Government Announces 90 Million Funding for Electric Rickshaws
The Punjab Government has recently announced an important update regarding the urban transport system. This step involves the implementation of environmentally friendly measures and modernization efforts. As part of this, auto-rickshaws running on traditional fuels will be introduced in Lahore.
پنجاب حکومت نے حال ہی میں اربن ٹرانسپورٹ سسٹم کے حوالے سے ایک اہم اپ ڈیٹ کا اعلان کیا ہے۔ اس قدم میں ماحول دوست اقدامات اور جدید کاری کی کوششوں کا نفاذ شامل ہے۔ اس کے تحت لاہور میں روایتی ایندھن پر چلنے والے آٹو رکشے متعارف کرائے جائیں گے۔ اس اقدام سے نہ صرف فضائی آلودگی اور کاربن کے اخراج میں کمی آئے گی بلکہ یہ ماحول دوست نقل و حمل کے نظام کے لیے ایک ماڈل کے طور پر بھی کام کرے گی۔ الیکٹرک رکشے شہر کی ہوا کو صاف کرنے میں معاون ثابت ہوں گے، جبکہ روزانہ کے سفر کو زیادہ سستی اور موثر بھی بنائیں گے۔ پنجاب حکومت کی ماحولیاتی اجازت کے لیے لگن اس پراجیکٹ کے ذریعے عیاں ہے۔ مزید برآں، ایڈورٹائزنگ ایجنسیوں کے لیے ای بائک کا تعارف آلودگی کو کم کرنے میں معاون ثابت ہوگا۔ یہ اقدام نہ صرف صاف ستھرا ماحول کو فروغ دیتا ہے بلکہ پنجاب کے شہری نقل و حمل کے نظام کی وشوسنییتا اور ترقی کو بھی بہتر بناتا ہے۔
