The BISP Chairperson Rubina Khalid announced that the 8171 Program has taken new initiatives to end the franchise system and has introduced an Online Banking option for beneficiaries so that their 13,500 Kafalat Payments can be transferred directly to their accounts. This option is intended to ensure that beneficiaries receive their benefits in a straightforward, dignified, and easy manner.
Payments will be made directly into the beneficiary’s account
The BISP team will take many major steps to facilitate fast and complete payment disbursements, Rubina Khalid told the media in Chillas during her media appearance. In order to achieve this, BISP is now shifting to bank payments so that people can withdraw their entire amount from their accounts in accordance with Asif Ali Zardari’s directive.

Rubina Khalid has visited many areas of Skardu and Gilgit Baltistan over the past few days to check on Tehsil offices and talk to beneficiaries.

Tehsil offices across Pakistan are still accepting registrations for the BISP Program so that more people can be enrolled.
It is challenging for women to register for the program when they travel, according to Senator Rubina Khalid.
