Bisp Payment Through HBL [ATM] | New Method Of 2024

With the newly launched BISP payment 25000 scheme, all those poor communities impacted by the rapidly growing inflation will breathe a sigh of relief.

The amount of about 9000 will be distributed among the poor and needy to help them overcome their difficulties in a more convenient manner.

The amount released by the government is transferred to the accounts of the beneficiaries from 1 June 2024 only for those who meet their eligibility criteria.

Released of BISP payment for the month of July 

Benazir Income support program association has ordered that the new payment of July 2024 be released. Those beneficiaries who have been eagerly awaiting the payment can now withdraw their amount from any HBL ATM nearest to them, after experiencing it themselves, they can also share it with others.

Delivery of BISP amounts

Through a much more appropriate way of transferring cash to beneficiaries’ accounts, the BISP PROGRAM has continually evolved new and different methods since its inception.

To ensure that the money is transferred to the right account, the BISP team has introduced a new biometric method for the delivery.

BISP cash is delivered as follows:

• All eligible families have been surveyed by the BISP team
• We have taken note of their names and biometric data
• The BISP now sends their data to the associations and banks
• The bank and payment agents set up the payment points
• Lastly, beneficiaries can easily collect their cash from nearby payment points.

How To Withdraw BISP Payment from Bank ATM

In the 8171 Ehsaas program, beneficiaries receive a confirmation message that indicates that their BISP funds have been transferred to their accounts. In this case, all you need to do is pick up the money at the destination you prefer. Your account will also be notified when and where the money will be transferred.

To withdraw money from HBL’s ATM, follow these steps

1. Visit the nearest HBL ATM

On the screen, select thumb scan

Then select Urdu as the language

4. Select “BISP” from the seven options on the screen

5. Then, enter your CNIC number.

6. You will now be asked to place your thumb on the scanner for verification (ONLY PLACE YOUR THUMB ON THE SCANNER).

Enter the amount of cash you wish to withdraw

Your money will be withdrawn from the ATM after verification, and you will keep the balance inquiry slips as evidence.

NOTE:- You can only withdraw after receiving the message from the 8171, and you have to take the first payment of BISP from the registered agent of BISP and then you can collect your money from the ATM.

When withdrawing cash from your nearest HBL ATM, the most important document is the BISP card. Through this card, you can also check the balance of your BISP payments in your bank account. In this example, your BISP payment has been uploaded, and you can easily withdraw it. All data is updated every time a payment is added or withdrawn from your bank account.

For applicants without this card, they can receive their monthly payments at any BISP registration office near them. They will hand over your money after analyzing all your data and all the documents, including your CNIC number written on your ID card.

Registration Procedure for BISP Payment 2024

Only citizens who are truly eligible to receive aid under this program can register with the BISP association. In case you are ineligible, then you will need to register at 8171 registration, and then you will be able to load monthly payments into your account.

BISP staff also began the NSER registration process recently by visiting door to door, identifying and assigning the names of all the poor eligible families in order to provide them with monthly financial assistance.

• Original CNIC card / BISP card
• Children B-form 
• NSER form 
• MOBILE SMS record
