CM Khyber announced the launch of the Ehsaas Apna ghar scheme by Amin Ali Gandapur. The scheme offers interest-free loans of up to Rs 1.5 million for new housing construction and renovations. The announcement took place at a meeting held at CM Khyber’s house in Peshawar.
وزیراعلیٰ خیبر نے امین علی گنڈا پور کی طرف سے احساس اپنا گھر سکیم شروع کرنے کا اعلان کیا۔ یہ اسکیم نئے مکانات کی تعمیر اور تزئین و آرائش کے لیے 1.5 ملین روپے تک کے سود سے پاک قرضے فراہم کرتی ہے۔ یہ اعلان وزیراعلیٰ خیبرپختونخوا کے گھر پشاور میں ہونے والے اجلاس میں کیا گیا۔ اس پروگرام کا مقصد صوبے میں کم آمدنی والے افراد کو بلاسود قرضے فراہم کرکے مدد فراہم کرنا ہے۔ اس سے ان کے لیے اعلیٰ معیار کی رہائش حاصل کرنا آسان ہو جائے گا، جو بالآخر ان کے مجموعی زندگی اور مالی حالات میں بہتری کا باعث بنے گا۔

Under the program, those who solely possess land will qualify for benefits. Applicants must only make manageable monthly payments of 18,000 to pay back their loans within 7 years.
