Join 8171 Skill Training Program To Get Immediate Employment – BISP

Pakistan’s largest project, the 8171 Program, is geared toward improving and developing society, which faces many challenges and difficulties in this inflationary era. Poverty is constantly rising in Pakistan, and a large portion of people are becoming unemployed, which has a severe impact on their families and the environment.

Benazir Skill Training Development Program - 2024

Therefore, the BISP Program created a new Skill Training Program for its 9.3 Million Beneficiaries so that they can receive training in advanced fields that will lead to immediate employment on an international scale.

Benazir Skill Training Development Program – 2024

This new project was unveiled a few months ago by Rubina Khalid. During a media interview at the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) provincial headquarters, she claimed that it would help people become financially independent and stimulate the economy.

To ensure that participants receive certifications that meet modern international standards, Rubina Khalid suggested that officials collaborate with respectable groups that offer handicraft design training. According to her, this would increase foreign exchange earnings and facilitate foreign employment.

Rubina Khalid’s Remarks About Skill Training

Rubina Khalid informed the media team during her visit to Skardu that the BISP Program will begin Skill Training programs for Beneficiaries and their families soon across Pakistan. In addition, she said that the BISP program aims to eliminate poverty and make people financially independent so that they won’t have to rely on government assistance to meet their basic needs.

As a result of the BISP Skill Training Program, beneficiaries gain skills and experience they can use to start a new career after just a few months. As soon as they become employed, the Benazir Income Support Program will also remove them so that other eligible families can receive Government Financial Support through the Benazir Income Support Program.

A new international certification program will be offered by BISP Skill Development

A partnership between the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) and the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis & Human Resource Development has begun to provide BISP beneficiaries with superior skills training. In this endeavor, recipients and their families will receive globally recognized certifications that will increase their employment prospects at home and abroad.

Beneficiaries Need Certified Skill Development

We focus on industries with high demand and plenty of overseas employment opportunities. Senator Rubina Khalid stated, “International certifications will enable our trainees to secure jobs abroad and contribute to the country’s economy.”

As a result of the initiative, Chaudhry Salik Hussain noted that it might benefit the entire family of the recipients. As he stressed the importance of providing job opportunities to the underprivileged, he suggested cooperating with countries such as Germany and Japan to provide the best training possible.

In conclusion

The BISP Skill Training Program is a vital initiative that empowers beneficiaries to secure employment both locally and abroad by equipping them with advanced skills and international certifications. By providing this training, the program not only helps individuals become financially independent, but it also opens up opportunities for future generations.
